RSI continues to provide educational opportunities for Sales Account Managers by encouraging participation in seminars, classes and touring manufacturing facilities. We further encourage our sales account managers to accompany our Quality Assurance Manager on field visits.

 

We have implemented a training curriculum for our installers as part of continuing education. This begins on the first day of employment through their five year anniversary. The training includes various seminars on new product and installation methods for vinyl, carpet, laminate and VCT tile.
