We provide a guarantee on installations and repairs within a 24 hour time parameter and a warranty on all vinyl and carpet installations.

 

We provide a Carpet Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee which states: if a carpet does not meet your satisfaction upon completion; and you replace that carpet with RSI, you will not be charged for the initial clean.

 

RSI employs not only professional in-house installers but a professional, courteous office staff available to assist with questions and or concerns responding in a timely fashion.

At RSI, we understand time is valuable .Therefore, we provide a 24 hour installation guarantee for all orders received prior to 2:00pm the day before the requested installation date.  We are committed to meeting our customer needs both proficiently and in a judicious manner.

 

In order to meet and exceed our customer expectations we created the following positions:

·         Customer service representatives. These individuals have their own phone lines and are directly responsible for fielding customer calls for scheduling    

·         Floor covering measurement specialist ensures that all cuts and seams are accurate and is responsible for eliminating inaccuracies

·         Field trainers mentor, develop and provide hands-on training to all new installers before they work independently

·         Quality assurance manager is the last person to evaluate the workmanship/quality of the new installer by providing feedback and further assistance/training if necessary.  This position is responsible for working in the field with our customers/property managers in order to  remain proactive in resolving challenges.
